Heart and Hands Foundation was established with a vision to bridge the gap between communities and the opportunities they deserve. Our humble beginnings have grown into a robust network of programs designed to foster self-reliance, education, and environmental stewardship.
Since 2015, we have been dedicated to uplifting communities across Western Uganda. Our programs in vocational training, literacy, eco-friendly initiatives, and community partnerships bring sustainable change to those who need it most.

Women & Livelihood Initiatives
Empowering women and widows with skills, resources, and financial independence to break cycles of poverty. Through tailoring, agribusiness training, microloans, and safe housing, we equip women to launch sustainable businesses, secure incomes, and lead dignified lives.

Transforming lives through accessible education and mindset change. We teach adult literacy, digital skills, and health education while building schools and training peer educators to foster lifelong learning and community-driven progress.

Combating climate change with grassroots action. From planting 15,000+ trees annually to promoting solar energy and waste recycling, we empower communities to adopt eco-friendly practices that protect ecosystems and boost resilience.
